Opening Plenary
Join us for the opening plenary of the Climate Action Summit, bringing together high-level leaders, local practitioners and community voices from across the Pacific and beyond. This inspiring session will spotlight locally led climate action, adaptation, and approaches to addressing loss and damage, while reflecting on growing momentum ahead of COP discussions. Through interactive conversations with community leaders, youth advocates, governments, humanitarian actors and development partners, the plenary will set the stage for the Summit's four key themes: getting ahead of disasters, operationalising local climate action, financing local solutions, and innovation for resilience. Together, we will explore how local solutions can be scaled to help communities build resilience in the face of an increasingly changing climate.

IFRC Climate Adaptation Innovation Awards
